Whether you are a reader, a writer,

a meditator, a yogi, or just a curious soul

you are welcome here.

“I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped

asking the books and the stars. I started listening

to the teaching of my Soul.”

– Rumi

Hello! I'm your guide, Sarah Ward

I am a certified yoga instructor and author, whose work lives at the intersection of stillness and story.

As a Yogi specializing in Yoga Nidra, I will guide you through a meditation that pairs quiet bodily awareness with an immersive auditory journey, inviting the mind and body into a rest and reset.

I am the author of two books, Aesop Lake and Stone Sisters, and offer a blog that includes short-form fiction, poetry, and journal entries. My books and blogs draw on my 30 years of experience in the field of Social Work, frequently exploring relationships and connection.

Whether you're here to breathe, to rest, or to read, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more like yourself.
